Processing time refers to the period required to prepare your order for shipment.

  • After your payment is authorized and verified, all orders are processed within 2 business days.
  • In some cases, orders may ship as quickly as 2 days, while others may take up to 7 days.
  • If there are any delays, we will contact you promptly.

SECTION 3 - SHIPMENT LOCATIONS

SECTION 4 - DAMAGED PRODUCTS DURING DELIVERY

 If your product arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately at support@claboo.com.au.
  • Return the damaged product in its original condition, along with any packaging and accompanying items.
  • We will arrange for the repair, replacement, or refund of the damaged product, provided you contact us within 3 days of receipt.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the shipment date, not the order date. Factors such as shipping carrier practices, delivery location, and item weight can affect delivery times.

  • Cost: $0.00

Claboo Economy:

  • Victoria: 3-5 business days
  • Interstate: 4-8 business days
  • Cost: ~$7.99

Claboo Priority:

  • Victoria: 1-3 business days
  • Interstate: 2-4 business days
  • Cost: ~$13.99

Important Notes:

  • "Business days" are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the order's weight and delivery method.
  • CLABOO is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.

SECTION 6 - TRACKING OPTIONS 

CLABOO provides tracking to ensure transparency throughout the shipping process:

  • Free Shipping: No tracking available.
  • Claboo Economy and Claboo Priority (Domestic): Tracking provided.
  • International Orders: Tracking provided. 

Alternative shipping arrangements may not guarantee tracking, and CLABOO is not responsible for deliveries through such methods.

SECTION 7 - INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES 

International shipments may incur import duties, taxes, and fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. CLABOO has no control over these charges and does not benefit from them. Delays due to customs inspections may occur, and CLABOO is not liable for such delays.

SECTION 9 - MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES

  • Check common delivery spots, such as with neighbours or around your building.
