Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we can’t make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Some may ship as quickly as 2 days, while others can take up to 7 days.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Additional customs duties and taxes may apply, which are the customer’s responsibility.
How long does shipping take?
Victoria: 1-5 business days, depending on the shipping method.

International: Delivery times vary depending on location.
Can I track my order?
Tracking is available for Claboo Economy, Claboo Priority, and international orders. Free Shipping does not include tracking.
Will I be notified when my order ships?
Yes! You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
What if my package is missing?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, we can’t change shipping addresses after an order is placed, so please double-check your details at checkout.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! Choose Claboo Priority at checkout for the fastest delivery.
Are customs fees included in international shipping?
No, customs duties and taxes are not included. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Currently, we don’t offer local pickup. All orders are shipped directly to your door.
🔄 Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?

Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Instead, return the item and place a new order for the item you want.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes, we do not accept returns for:
Sale items, Gift cards, Items damaged due to misuse
Do you offer refunds for change of mind?
No, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind or if you find the same product cheaper elsewhere.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days. If you don’t receive your refund after 15 business days, contact us.
What if my refund is late or missing?
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, check with your bank or credit card company. If there are no updates, contact us at support@claboo.com.au.
